Mark Smith has joined Savvis as Managing Director, Asia, and is responsible for building a leading IT services and cloud computing business within Asia Pacific and Japan.

He has spent more than 20 years in Asia learning, growing businesses and creating high performing teams throughout the region. Prior to joining Savvis, Mark held a number of senior leadership positions at Thomson Reuters Markets - Japan as President and Senior Company Officer for three years. He previously has held senior global and regional roles at Reuters - Japan, Bridge Information Systems - Singapore and Sungard - Hong Kong, where he was responsible for expanding sales and services growth across Asia.

David has joined Savvis as its senior director responsible for service management in Asia. His role ensures high standards of customer satisfaction through timely delivery of services from Savvis. In addition, David has responsibility to be the voice of the customer in providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.

David has more than sixteen years of corporate experience having been in senior management positions. Prior to this, David spent nine years with Home Depot where he was mainly responsible for delivery and support of the inventory management system across 2000 retail stores in the United States and Canada. In addition, David has four years as senior consultant at Andersen Consulting in the United States where he was driving business process redesign and technology transformation initiatives.

Heng Wai Mun

 Heng Wai Mun, Business Development Director, Asia

Heng Wai Mun has joined Savvis as Business Development Director for Asia, and he is responsible for all areas regarding Savvis’ offering in the region. He is instrumental in setting the product and services strategy and in its execution. Wai Mun also has a business development role identifying and working with key partners in the region.

Prior to this position, Wai Mun has much experience in the technology sector. Wai Mun spent several years in business development and product management roles with Seagate and Motorola. He also spent five years in various commercial roles in StarHub. He began his career in engineering with ST Electronics. Wai Mun received a BS/ MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1996 and was awarded an MBA from INSEAD in 2002.

Albert has joined Savvis as its sales director responsible for sales within Asia Pacific. His role ensures that Savvis continues to grow its customer base by offering enterprise class infrastructure, managed hosting, colocation and cloud solutions.

Prior to Albert joining Savvis, he was Director of Business Develop for Outsourcing for Hewlett Packard and throughout his ten years there, he has led and won multiple large-scale outsourcing deals including Singapore Exchange and the Ministry of Manpower for the Singapore Government. In addition to this, Albert has been in the position of General Manager of InfoPrint Solutions, and Head of Financial Services Asia Pacific with Fuji Xerox. Albert has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore and a Diplome d'Ingenieur from the Institute Nationale Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG)

Amelia Vincent

Amelia Vincent, Finance Director, Asia

Amelia has joined Savvis as Finance Director for Asia, and she is responsible for finance and commercial operations for Asia Pacific. She leads a team covering compliance, governance, business growth, commercial development, pricing and procurement.

Prior to Savvis, Amelia has more than fifteen years of experience in finance. In addition to the eight years with Savvis, Amelia spent five years at Unilever where she was responsible for finance and accounting in Asia. Amelia has also been an independent financial consultant providing critical financial advice and services to top organizations in Asia.
